Head, Director

Works and services department have many functions, including: • Planning: Developing and implementing policies for works and infrastructure, • Construction: Carrying out construction, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance work, • Compliance: Ensuring that the development plan is followed, • Reporting: Preparing and publishing monthly and annual statements, • Coordination: Coordinating the activities of the department's units, • Quality control: Ensuring that standards are met on all jobs, • Maintenance: Maintaining production lines and other necessary repairs, • Inspection: Performing quality control and inspection, • General Services Department: Responsible for transport administration, maintenance services, facility management, store management, utility services, and security matters, • Works and Maintenance Department: Responsible for direct labor projects, including maintenance, • Ministry of Works and Infrastructure: Responsible for planning, devising, and implementing state policies on works and infrastructure,

Presently, the Works & Services Department of the Institute is headed by Acting Director; Mr. R.A. Daramola.
